Hiring: Team Lead Residential Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance across multiple residential projects, lead high-performing teams, and own the complete sales cycle from site visits to closures.

Preferred Profile

- 8–10 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
- Strong experience in handling multiple residential projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales target management
- Strong exposure to high-rise apartments, gated communities, and premium residential projects
- Hands-on experience in site sales, walk-ins, negotiations, and closures
- Experience managing sales funnel, lead follow-ups, CRM, bookings, and revenue targets
- Strong track record of achieving monthly and project-wise sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling,



and team management skills
- Robust ownership and ability to drive business independently

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple residential projects
- Drive site visits, walk-ins, negotiations, bookings, and closures
- Monitor project-wise sales performance, pipeline, and revenue
- Drive daily lead follow-ups and ensure strong CRM discipline
- Allocate leads and monitor individual and team productivity
- Coach and mentor the sales team to improve conversions and closures
- Handle key customer interactions and support the team in critical negotiations
- Track project-wise sales funnel and identify conversion opportunities
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Business Development, and Developer teams
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Drive achievement of booking and revenue targets across assigned projects
