About the Company

We are a Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical API manufacturer and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), serving customers across India and international markets. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, with strong exposure to banking/working capital management, statutory compliance, and financial strategy in a manufacturing and export-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Working Capital Management

- Manage funding of working capital and term loans, liaising directly with banks/financial institutions
- Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data, stock statements, FFRs (Financial Follow-up Reports), and other periodic submissions required by lending banks
- Handle renewal/enhancement of credit facilities and related documentation

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IGAAP
- Ensure statutory compliance across Income Tax, GST, and other applicable regulatory/tax frameworks
- Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, tax) for timely closure of audits

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Drive financial strategy aligned with business growth plans, including export/domestic sales mix considerations
- Lead budgeting, business planning,



and financial modelling exercises
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to management with actionable insights

Governance & Risk

- Strengthen corporate governance practices and internal financial controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Support Board/management reporting requirements as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: CA / ICWA (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience: 10–15 years in a finance leadership role, preferably within the pharmaceutical/API/CMO manufacturing sector with exposure to both domestic and export sales
- Robust hands-on experience with bank funding processes — working capital, term loans, CMA data preparation, stock statements, and FFR submissions
- Solid working knowledge of IGAAP, Income Tax, and GST compliance
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial modelling, and MIS reporting
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial modelling tools

Preferred Attributes

- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or CMO/API environment
- Experience managing finance for a company with a meaningful export revenue component (forex exposure, export documentation/incentives awareness a plus)
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership/promoters in a growing manufacturing business
