Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP technical and functional positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on SAP skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Recruit for SAP roles such asSAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW, BASIS, Security, CPI, EWM, S/4HANA, etc.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of SAP professionals for current and future requirements.

Required Skills :

- Experience inIT recruitment with strong exposure to SAP hiringpreferred.
- Good knowledge of SAP technologies and functional modules.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience withNaukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/Recruitment CRM.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet strict hiring TATs.
