Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of expertise, specifically within the food manufacturing, processing, or FMCG distribution sectors. In this role, you will lead our Finance & Accounts team, oversee plant and manufacturing cost accounting, ensure strict statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to optimize profitability, supply chain efficiency, and business growth.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.

- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns on time.

- Analyze financial performance using key indicators such as ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

- Provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters to support business growth.
