- Hands-on ATE experience with V93K, T2000, J750/Flex, Teradyne Catalyst/Tiger Series, or LTX
- Solid programming skills in C++, Java, or C
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, and other scripting languages
- Strong understanding of Digital Semiconductor Testing Methodologies and Semiconductor Physics
