ROLE 1 WORKPLACE SUPPORT TICKET SPECIALIST

Own end-to-end lifecycle of support requests in a high-volume, SLA-driven ticket management setting across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end case management from intake through final resolution

Critical analysis, root cause identification, and sound escalation judgment

Knowledge-based resolution using SOPs and internal documentation

Clear case documentation for downstream resolver groups

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Ticket Support / Service Desk / Workplace Support

Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven, global support environments

Exceptional written & verbal English communication

Proficiency with ticketing platforms and case management systems

Nice to have: Global Workplace Support / Corporate Real Estate experience





ROLE 2 – SENIOR LIVE CHAT SPECIALIST

Handle real-time live chat support in a 24/7/365 environment. Manage 3 simultaneous chats within a 10-minute AHT target. Judgment is the key differentiator.

Key Responsibilities

Real-time issue resolution across up to 3 concurrent live chats

Rapid triage, diagnosis, and work order creation within AHT targets

P1 Critical Exception management (safety hazards, HVAC failures)

Data governance and SLA loop accountability

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in Live Chat / Service Desk / Contact Center

Minimum 4 years in a real-time, multi-concurrency live chat environment

Typing speed 60+ WPM with high accuracy

Excellent written English and business communication skills

Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms and chat systems

Nice to have: IWMS / Facilities Management / Corporate Real Estate experience
