Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the interior finishing works on high-rise buildings, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep clients informed.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate construction or related field.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing techniques for high-rise buildings.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish.
