Financial Analyst US Healthcare Accounting & Reconciliation

Location: Work from Home India
Shift: US Shift | 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst US Healthcare Finance & Reconciliation to support financial reporting, accounting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial analysis for our US Healthcare operations.
Candidates with experience in US Healthcare, Greenway Intergy, and Greenway Practice Analytics are strongly preferred. CA is preferred, but candidates with robust relevant experience may also apply.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Analyze revenue, collections, expenses, payments, adjustments, and profitability.

- Perform budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual, MoM, YoY, and variance analysis.

- Prepare revenue and collections forecasts and financial projections.

- Perform financial and accounting reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Support US accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP.

- Extract and analyze financial data from Greenway Intergy / Practice Analytics.

- Analyze charges, payments, adjustments, payer, provider, and location-level data.

- Support management dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, RCM Operations,



and US-based stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.

- Strong reconciliation and financial reporting experience.

- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of financial statements and variance analysis.

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- US Healthcare / Healthcare Finance experience.

- Greenway Intergy / Greenway Practice Analytics.

- Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics GP.

- ADP Payroll.

- Envy.

- US GAAP and healthcare reimbursement knowledge.

- Power BI is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.

- Candidates without CA qualification will also be considered based on relevant experience.
