- Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & management reporting.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability and actual vs. budget variances.
- Prepare financial models and provide insights for business decisions.
- Perform cost, pricing, CAPEX, working capital, cash flow and FX analysis.
- Support cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions and business improvement initiatives.
- Present financial performance and insights to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA / MBA Finance / Equivalent with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- 60% & above throughout (X, XII, Graduation).
- Solid financial modelling, analytical and business acumen.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP/Oracle exposure preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
