Were looking for high-energy US Staffing Recruiters who enjoy high-volume hiring, candidate engagement, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 Months 1.5 Years of US Staffing / Recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience in Bulk / High-Volume Hiring
- Experience hiring for:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing / Production
- Data Center
- Strong sourcing, screening & candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable making 80+ candidate calls per day
- Strong follow-up and pipeline-building skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
