Role & responsibilities

- Lead maintenance activities for the solar cell manufacturing line.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and OEE.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead installation, commissioning and stabilization of current cell manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation and process equipment issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs, equipment suppliers and technology partners for technical support.
- Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists and equipment history records.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, breakdowns and maintenance KPIs.
- Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
- Identify recurring equipment failures and implement RCA / CAPA.
- Support equipment modification and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety and maintenance standards.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, technicians and engineers.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, Quality and EHS teams.
