Shift:- Night Rotational Shifts

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome as well.
- Candidates with BPO / Customer Support experience
- 10+2 undergraduates can also apply
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts

What Youll Do:-

- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction
- Work in a global support setting with exposure to different cultures and time zones
