International Voice Process

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Provided

For Freshers

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad location.
- Candidates should be customer-oriented and willing to learn.

Compensation: CTC up to 4 LPA

For Experienced Candidates

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate Joiners only.

Compensation: CTC up to 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.




- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Meet assigned performance and quality targets.
