* Identify, approach, and establish relationships with *banks and financial institutions*.

* Take ownership of *onboarding and managing 10+ banks* with Vaahan Bazar.

* Coordinate with bank teams, including *collections, recovery, asset management, and auction teams*.

* Understand the bank's vehicle repossession and auction process and establish Vaahan Bazar as an approved/active auction partner.

* Regularly obtain *lists/details of vehicles available for auction* from partner banks.

* Ensure a consistent flow of quality vehicle inventory from banks to Vaahan Bazar.

* Maintain robust relationships with key contacts across all onboarded banks.

* Follow up with banks for upcoming/repo vehicle lists, auction schedules, documentation,



and other requirements.

* Coordinate internally with the operations, auction, and sales teams to ensure timely processing of bank-sourced vehicles.

* Track the performance and activity of each bank and ensure regular engagement.

* Resolve operational issues with banking partners and ensure smooth execution.

* Expand the bank network and identify opportunities to onboard additional financial institutions.

* Maintain accurate records of bank contacts, onboarding status, vehicle supply, and ongoing activities.
