Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Medical Simulation Sales professional to drive B2B and institutional sales of medical simulation and healthcare training products across hospitals, medical colleges, universities and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate B2B sales opportunities with hospitals, medical colleges and universities.
- Promote and sell medical simulation and healthcare training products.
- Identify new clients and develop long-term institutional relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations, quotations and order execution.
- Travel regularly for client meetings,
demonstrations and business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 28 years of experience in Medical Simulation / Medical Devices / Healthcare Equipment / Hospital Sales.
- Robust experience in B2B / Institutional Sales.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, medical colleges, universities or healthcare institutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Target-oriented with good relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Medical Simulation, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Medical Equipment or Hospital B2B Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
