Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise civil, interior fit-out, electrical, fabrication, repair and maintenance works at project sites.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, vendors and client representatives to complete work as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and communicate material requirements to the procurement team.
• Check workmanship, take site measurements and monitor material usage to minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, work permits and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records and site photographs.
• Identify and report site issues, close snag points and support timely project handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.




• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in civil works and interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, take measurements and independently manage daily site activities.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and MS fabrication works.
• Good communication, labour management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
• Experience working in corporate offices or commercial facilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and work flexible shifts as required by project schedules.
