Job Description

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Candidates with prior experience working on Tech Mahindra, Zensar, Coforge, or similar IT services clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
- Work on US IT positions across various technologies and skill sets.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers/account managers to understand requirements and priorities.
- Maintain candidate trackers, submissions, interview updates, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
- Follow US staffing processes, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.




- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
- Experience working with US IT clients and requirements.
- Candidates with Tech Mahindra, Zensar, or Coforge client experience are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, job descriptions, and candidate screening.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.
