1. Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions with 7–10 years of hands-on experience across Data Science and AI in Banking Domain (Loan Origination/ Loan Management, Loan Collections/Lending).
2. Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.
3. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLMOps.
4. Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, AI agents, tool calling, MCP, memory, and multi-agent architectures.
5. Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, feature engineering, ETL/ELT, databases, and distributed data processing.
6. Experience with AutoML, model experimentation, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
