ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Experience: 58 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage GST return filing, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and related documentation.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
- Take responsibility for Balance Sheet finalization and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Review accounting records and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost-control activities.




- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle taxation assessments, notices, and other statutory matters when required.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and allocate work effectively.
- Provide regular financial and accounting updates to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in interior, construction, furniture, manufacturing, or other project-based industries will be an added advantage.
