Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound voice interactions with international customers, particularly clients from the US, UK, and other global markets. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, and assisting with product or service-related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through international voice processes.
- Provide effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Meet defined productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply.




- Minimum relevant experience in an International Voice Process preferred.
- Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work with rotational week-offs.
- 5 days working per week.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
- No virtual interviews will be conducted.
- Outstation candidates are strictly not eligible.

Cab Facility

- Cab facility is available.
- Cab transportation is provided within the applicable service radius from the office location.
- Cab facility available within 23 km radius from the office premises.
