Role & responsibilities

- Design packaging artwork, product labels, and promotional materials in compliance with brand guidelines
- Create digital and print-ready creatives for e-commerce platforms including Flipkart, Amazon, JioMart, and others
- Develop product listing images, A+ content banners, and infographic creatives for online marketplaces
- Edit and produce short-form videos for product promotions, social media reels, and e-commerce platform content
- Assist in designing social media creatives, brand collaterals, and marketing materials
- Work closely with the product and sales team to understand design requirements and deliver accordingly
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with Legal Metrology and regulatory labelling requirements
- Make revisions and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, artwork files, and video edits




- Stay updated with current design trends, marketplace visual guidelines, and competitor packaging

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
- 01 year of experience; freshers with a solid portfolio actively encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in video editing tools — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
- Understanding of print production processes and packaging artwork preparation
- Eye for detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A portfolio of design work including video edits is mandatory at the time of application
- Immediate joiners preferred
