As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing assigned customer portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection activity.
Minimizing Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos through effective communication with customers.
Collaborating cross-functionally on the resolution of various issues, following SLA agreements ensuring a high-level quality service is delivered.
Documenting all collection efforts in Salesforce and meeting accounts receivable aging targets for the assigned portfolio.

Relevant experience

Required Skills:

Have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 yrs relevant experience in a similar customer-facing role
Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast-changing workplace.
Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
Have prior experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle.
