- Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in Psychology
- Diploma/Certification in Career Counseling
- Responsibility to design and to develop, implement and review the Student Advisory Program (college and career counseling).
- To work closely with the Primary Consultant in providing operational support to our schools as required.
- To implement the SAP in schools from Grades 6 to 12
- Career Counselors with leading schools/institutions/education consulting, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with school counseling is preferred along with behavioral and college counselor.
- Relevant set of skills in dealing with children and parents




- Providing them with the appropriate counseling and guidance about their career goals
- School counseling experience from Grade 9 to 12.
- Good Communication and Inter personal Skills. Proactive and self driven.
- Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization
- Good documentation and writing skills.
- Timely planning and execution of duties
- Co-ordination and management skills
- Resourceful and valuable at networking
