Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to servers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement recent server solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of server configurations and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
- Participate in the development of best practices for server management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Experience with server hardware and software, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery technologies is an added advantage.
