- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of paint shop equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of paint booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, blowers, compressors, robots and associated systems.
- Handle maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Monitor equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, equipment downtime and maintenance KPIs.
- Coordinate with production, quality and engineering teams to minimize production losses.
- Manage maintenance of paint shop utilities such as air handling units, chilled water systems, ventilation systems and compressed air systems.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
