- Stock Accuracy & Inventory Control: - Implementing the cycle counting system for the raw material & ensure zero variation the system stock /physical stock
- Responsible for overall activities related protected Storage & handling .
- Maintaining the stock accuracy and minimum reorder level
- Visual control of storage location and upkeep of the material
- Issuance of the material against authorised docs only ,to the different departments
- cetagorising valuewise / importancewise , (ABC analysis)
- Supervising all activities related to Stores like Receiving & Issuing the material dispatching of rejected & subcontracted material & maintaining it in ERP system accordingly
- Creating & Maintaining proper material placement layout on shop floor by identifying an area for each and every material as per the usage
- Reconciliation for the inventory
- Proper housekeeping of the Store area
- Working as per the procedures laid down by ISO/ TS Quality Systems




- Proper maintenance of all the Stores material and handling equipments
- Material reconciliation of out sourcung items & maintaining tools transfer doc .
- Reporting daily , weekly , monthly regarding all activities ,
- Effective management on docs movement /handling , No Grin pendency .
- Developing and approving IMS documents where required
- Identifying IMS related problems encountered in the area of activity
- Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety
- Initiating, recommending and providing solutions through designated channels
- Verifying the effectiveness of solutions implemented, and
- Control of nonconforming products / activities in the area
