Urgent Opening Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Increase product availability, distribution, and market penetration.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure regular market visits and retailer/distributor engagement.
- Implement sales schemes, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding amounts.

Location - Odisha - Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Rourkela ( Head Quarter )

- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 26 years in FMCG sales.
- Solid knowledge of distribution, sales, and market operations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
