Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection and joining. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing knowledge and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer closure.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.




- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, consultancy recruitment or corporate recruitment will be preferred.
