Role & responsibilities
- Prepare Purchase Orders with correct rates, quantities, and terms.
- Find and develop suitable vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations.
- Negotiate rates and purchase terms with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors for order status and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and POs.
- Ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Email.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.
