Job description:

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other relevant modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
- Define solution architecture, integrations, data models, workflows, and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.
- Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Ensure best practices around ServiceNow configuration, customization, security, performance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
- Review technical designs, code,



and implementations to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Required Skills

- 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong experience in solution/technical architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, custom applications, workflows, and performance optimization.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or CIS certification preferred.
