Responsibilities

- Motivate amd mobilize eligible participants from Target group like GiG workers, Farmers, Drivers to attend sessions and complete the learning program
- Coordinate with Location Leader and Assistant Trainers in organizing training venues
- Ensure beneficiaries are informed of session schedules and encouraged to participate consistently
- Act as the bridge between the community and the training team
- Help in enrolling on DigiLocker Government Schemes and collecting attendance sheets, consent forms, and other necessary documentation
- Submit regular progress and updates with Location leader and center project monitoring team
- Conduct the Pre-Post assessments and capture the training feedback from the beneficiaries
- Carrying the training material at location for distribution

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management,



or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in grassroots project implementation , Self driven
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
- Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Versatile, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
