As an Automation AI Engineer, you will build, maintain, and extend Radancy's portfolio of AI agents and automation solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role: you take agent concepts and integration requirements from architecture into working, production-grade solutions.
You work alongside the Senior Automation AI Architect, who owns platform strategy, standards, and infrastructure. You turn those standards into shipped agents. That means connecting Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to internal knowledge sources and business systems, and growing the reach of the existing agent portfolio (e.g. Solution 360, QBR, Knowledge Transfer, and Media ROI agents).
This is not a junior role. You are expected to work independently on scoped deliverables, make sound technical decisions within agreed standards, and raise issues before they become blockers.
