Job Summary

You ll be a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with leaders to shape how people are hired, developed, motivated, and retained. In this role, you ll support Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams while turning people and organizational insights into explicit, practical actions that strengthen performance and culture.

You ll advise leaders on organizational design, coach managers, and use data to identify trends before they become issues. You ll also be the go-to partner for employee relations in India, helping resolve complex situations with sound judgment, empathy, and a strong understanding of local employment law.
