- Quality Control Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of quality control processes within the Business Unit (BU).
- To ensure all projects under the BU comply with internal quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- The Quality Control Lead works closely with project teams to oversee material testing, quality inspections, and the adherence to quality plans to guarantee that projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce compliance via NCRs and develop risk mitigation strategies to reduce recurring quality issues.
- Drive team competency by identifying training needs and delivering structured quality training programs.
