Salary & Incentives

Freshers: 26,500 CTC + 2,500 Monthly PLI

Experienced Candidates (Minimum 6 Months): 27,000 CTC + 3,000 Monthly PLI

*** For outstation candidates,7 days' accommodation & Travel tickets (Bus/Train) will be provided.****

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound international calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.

Cab Facility

- Morning shifts: No cab facility.
- Shifts starting after 2 PM: Cab facility is available

Significant Note

- No leave will be allowed during the initial 3 months.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
