This is a role for control team executive who is well versed with any transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync etc and comes from a background of monitoring, process adherence and reporting experience

Must be willing to work in shifts- 6am to 3 pm first shift / 2pm to 11 pm second shift

Freshers with good communication skills can apply also

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring day to day operations of site

1. Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management, Client & commuters/ guardians

- Real-time system updates

driver/ attender/ vehicle change

2. Any changes/modification to routes/ child/ commuter using transport

- Regular System Updates

1. Trip Scheduling

2. New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS, & Camera)

3. Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS, & Camera) & employee statutory

- Reporting & Analysis

1. Log in - Log out reports

2. Attendance reports

3. Breakdown reports

4. Mileage reports

5. Diesel filling reports

6. Maintenance Escalations

7. Checklist

8. Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers

9. Ground team performance report

Must-have skills: Excel, Good oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada
