About the Company:
White Peak is a joint venture between Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) and Everest International Holdings, engaged in the manufacturing of commercial refrigeration products, including visi coolers and related cooling solutions.

Position: Stores - Spares/Job Works

Location: Jainpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day stores operations for spare parts.
- Handling receipt, inspection, storage and issue of spares.
- Maintaining and monitoring spares inventory and stock levels.
- Conducting physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitoring stock shortages, excess and slow/non-moving inventory.
- Issuing spare parts to Maintenance/Engineering and Production teams.
- Maintaining documentation for material receipt, issue and return.
- Coordinating with Purchase, Maintenance, Production and vendors for timely availability of spares.
- Maintaining proper bin management, material identification and traceability.
- Handling job-work material movement and tracking, wherever applicable.
- Ensuring adherence to 5S, safety and store discipline.
- Working on SAP/ERP for stores and inventory-related transactions
