Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Location - Maharashtra, near to Navi Mumbai

Work Experience: 10-18 years of experience at EPC project sites. Strong experience in ASU project Site managing large project as QC specialist at site for Cold Box erection, Storage tank site fabrication to Erection, Piping pre-fabrication/fabrication (CS, SS, Aluminium) at site.

Skilled Certificates: ASNT Level II in Visual Testing (VT), Radiography Testing(RT),Magnetic Particle Testing(MPT), Liquid penetrant Testing(LPT), Radiography Testing(RT), Time of Flight Diffraction testing (Optional)(TOFD) , Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT), CSWIP 3.1 and CSWIP 3.2

Incumbent will be responsible to

- Review and approval of Inspection and Testing Plan and NDT procedures.
- Conducting inspection as per approved documents
- On job- fabrication codes and Client standards to be implemented.
- contribute to increasing the efficiency of operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the records to support internal audits and project reference
- Promote the Quality culture among all work forces
