As a Women Tech Lead in Data Analytics at Bloomfieldx, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and delivery team - owning client relationships, leading a team of analysts and data scientists, and driving projects from kickoff to closure.

Responsibilities

Client Handling

- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable data strategies
- Manage client expectations proactively - status updates, escalations, and scope discussions
- Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients at all levels
- Build long-term client trust through consistent, reliable delivery

Team Handling

- Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day performance of a team of analysts and data scientists
- Allocate work, review output quality, and support skill development within the team
- Foster a team-oriented, accountable team culture across evening-shift operations
- Handle conflict resolution and performance conversations within the team

Project Handling

- Own projects end-to-end - planning, execution, tracking, and delivery within timelines and budget
- Run sprint planning and agile ceremonies; manage tickets/tasks via ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation across cross-functional teams




- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and quality standards are met throughout delivery

Must-Have Skills

- Demonstrated experience handling clients directly (requirement gathering, expectation management, presentations)
- Proven experience leading and managing a team, not just individual contribution
- Hands-on experience managing projects end-to-end, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work evening shifts as per business requirements

Technical Requirements

- Ticketing System - ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Scrum Methodology - Agile practices, sprint planning, and execution
- SQL - Query writing, data extraction, and database fundamentals
- Data Analytics / Visualization Tools - Working knowledge of any relevant tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Excel)
- Leadership Communication - Strong leadership presence with clear, client-ready communication
