Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Designer with a strong background in the e-learning domain to lead our creative and instructional design efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design standards, storyline development, and a deep understanding of various Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Required Skillset

- 6-8 years of experience in design, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.
- Expertise in designing interactive and engaging learning content .
- Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
- Strong understanding of design standards, accessibility guidelines, and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong abilities with experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.




- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices for digital learning environments.
- Expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency across media formats.
- Experience designing for digital learning, and multimedia content
- Ability to translate complex concepts into transparent, engaging visual narratives.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar tools.
