We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master with 58 years of expertise in

supporting software development projects through the full SDLC, leveraging

Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders,

product owners, and mange POD team to gather requirements, analyse

business processes, and facilitate successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business

requirements for software development initiatives.

- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria,

process flows, and technical specifications.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning,

backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives).

- Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize the product

backlog and define MVPs.

- Analyse current state processes and recommend improvements for

efficiency and effectiveness.

- Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to ensure

alignment and clarity.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements

and validate solutions.

- Support testing activities by defining test cases/scenarios and assisting in

UAT.

- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively propose

mitigation strategies.





- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelorus or Masterus degree in Business Administration, Computer

Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in software

development environments.

- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within SDLC

projects.

- Solid experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process

maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.

- Excellent communication skills; able to effectively engage with both

technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.

- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with API documentation or software integrations.

- Certification such as CBAP/CCBA or Agile-related certifications

(CSPO/PSPO) is desirable
