Key Responsibilities

- Configure work orders, service appointments, service resources, territories, skills, and operating hours.
- Implement scheduling policies, resource assignment, and scheduling optimization.
- Configure the dispatcher console and support dispatch workflows.
- Configure and support the Field Service mobile app, including offline workflows.
- Build automation and custom functionality using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Support integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- Hands-on Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.
- Solid understanding of scheduling, dispatching, and field service operations.
- Experience with the Field Service mobile app and Salesforce Service Cloud fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data models, and integrations.
- Apex, SOQL, LWC, and REST API experience for developer positions.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification preferred
