Job Description

Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Optometrists to join our team as Remote Optometrists in Kochi, Kerala.

This is not a Work From Home role. The selected candidates will work from the designated Lenskart office in Kochi and provide virtual optometry consultations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct remote/virtual eye consultations and vision assessments.
- Provide qualified optometric guidance to customers.
- Understand customer vision requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through virtual consultations.
- Maintain accurate consultation and customer records.
- Follow established optometry guidelines and quality standards.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility

- B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with an interest in eye care.
- Comfortable working in a technology-enabled/virtual consultation environment.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Kochi location.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
