Role & responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards for sales, production, and operations
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple departments to generate accurate reports
• Develop and automate reports using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and other BI tools
• Track key business metrics and KPIs, and present insights to management for decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business planning
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports within defined timelines
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all reporting systems
• Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preference for Statistics, Commerce, or IT background)




• 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Analytics, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying is an advantage
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in the solar EPC/solar equipment manufacturing industry
• Exposure to ERP systems and integrating data across multiple business functions
