Talent Acquisition Headhunter Vitonnix: Work From Home | Full-time.

Vitonnix is looking for a sharp, ambitious and highly resourceful Talent Acquisition Lead / Headhunter to help us build an exceptional team as we enter our next phase of growth.

This is not a passive HR or CV-screening role.

We want someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt: finding exceptional people who may not be actively applying, getting them interested in an opportunity, understanding what makes them tick, and ultimately helping us bring the right people into the business.

You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership and take ownership of hiring across multiple functions, from marketing, digital, sales and operations to technical positions and senior leadership.

Someone who can:

- Hunt intelligently across LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, networks and direct outreach
• Find and engage high-quality passive candidates
• Understand a role properly rather than simply matching keywords on a CV
• Conduct sharp initial screening and identify exceptional people quickly
• Communicate confidently with candidates at all levels
• Drive searches with urgency,



persistence and robust follow-up
• Build a powerful long-term talent network for Vitonnix

We care less about fancy titles and more about intelligence, hunger, judgement and results.

You should be commercially aware, persuasive, extremely organised and naturally good with people.

Most importantly, you should be the kind of recruiter who, when told this person is difficult to find”, sees that as the start of the challenge rather than the end of the search.
