Job Role

Responsible for managing daily employee pickup & drop operations and coordinating with drivers, employees, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee pickup & drop services.
- Plan routes, vehicles, and trips.
- Coordinate with drivers, employees, and transport vendors.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely service.
- Track OTA/OTD (On-Time Arrival/Departure).
- Handle delays, complaints, and transport-related issues.




- Maintain transport records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Update data in Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Use MS Excel for MIS and data analysis.
- Support the supervisor with daily transport operations.
- Required Skills

- 1+ year experience in Employee Transport / Fleet / Cab / Transport Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MIS Reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Good attention to detail.
