Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AEP solutions, including data ingestion, XDM schemas, identity resolution, and segmentation.
- Configure datastreams, datasets, sources, destinations, and merge policies.
- Build AJO journeys with triggers, decisioning, custom actions, and cross-channel messaging, including SMS.
- Configure custom data sources and execute AJO IP warming plans.
- Manage Real-Time CDP audiences, identity graphs, and downstream activation workflows.
- Define, test, and document segments, entry criteria lists, and management lists.
- Support Dev-to-Stage-to-Production promotion and collaboration on AEP data and Salesforce Connector integrations.
- Lead solution design, establish implementation standards, and review developers work.

- 5+ years of Adobe Experience Cloud experience, with hands-on expertise across AEP, AJO, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Proven experience implementing AEP solutions, including XDM schema relationships, ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution.
- Solid knowledge of multi-step journeys, decisioning, and cross-channel messaging.
- Hands-on experience with AJO native IP warming setup and execution.
- Experience with AEP REST APIs and Configuration as Code (CaC).
- Strong segmentation, testing, documentation, and technical leadership skills.
