The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

- 8-12 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within large corporates, global capability centers (GCCs), consulting firms, or professional services organizations. Demonstrated experience hiring for Consulting, HR Consulting, HRO, Business Consulting, Transformation, Change Management, or advisory-related roles. Strong expertise in market mapping, talent research, direct sourcing, and building pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions. Experience partnering with senior business leaders and stakeholders, providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions.



Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and drive hiring outcomes with minimal supervision. Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven with strong project and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading or mentoring small recruitment teams and driving delivery against hiring targets. Robust understanding of recruitment metrics, governance, candidate experience, and hiring process compliance.
