- Understand the applicants educational, financial, qualified, and travel background to recommend suitable visa options.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding embassy/consulate requirements and visa regulations.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application documents.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify missing or incorrect documents and advise applicants on necessary corrections.
- Guide applicants through the complete visa application process, from initial consultation to visa decision.
- Assist clients with visa application forms, appointment scheduling, biometrics, and other procedural requirements.
- Prepare applicants for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing appropriate guidance.
