Key Responsibilities

1. Enter and update data accurately into ERP, Excel, HRMS, or other relevant systems.

2. Maintain and update records, registers, databases, and documentation.

3. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before and after entry.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the department.

5. Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.

6. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required information.

7. Update stock, purchase, sales, dispatch, inventory, or other operational data as applicable

. 8. Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.

9. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information and records.

10. Support the department in documentation, MIS preparation, scanning, printing, and other administrative activities.

11.



Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry and reporting activities.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Robust working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

• Basic knowledge of software systems.

• Good numerical and data-handling skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to organize and maintain records systematically.

• Ability to work within deadlines.

• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Educational Qualification • Minimum Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Additional computer or data-entry certification will be an advantage. CTC Range: Up to 4 LPA
